Shipping
We offer free standard shipping to Australian delivery addresses. Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Tracking details will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout when your parcel is dispatched.
Estimated delivery is 3 to 6 business days. Actual time varies by product, delivery address and order. Your carrier will provide a delivery estimate with tracking after dispatch, and carrier delays, remote destinations and public holidays can affect delivery timing. We currently do not ship outside Australia.
Faulty or incorrect products
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. You may also be entitled to have a reasonably foreseeable loss or damage addressed.
